Blender live link addon's server does not start automatically. #23

The asyncio server needs to start automatically when the addon is enabled and when blender is launched so live link data can be found.

Error: 'bpy.app.timers' callback <function startServer at 0x000001CED12825E8> did not return None or float. is returned when startServer() is called from a registered timer.
