It would be extremely good to allow people to configure the hotkeys used by
Monitor ES

Visual Studio has a hotkey for Ctrl+F3 and when running Monitor ES is
reponds to the hotkey, not VS. Due to this I am not using Monitor ES and I
want to be.

Agreed and already working on it. It will be available in the upcoming version.
