In order to generate the BluffBall conversation, we need to obtain information about yesterday's matched (a.k.a. the ludicrous displays from last night)
We do this by scraping BBC sport in two steps. First we extract all the results from yesterday by navigating to e.g. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/scores-fixtures/2024-06-22 (with the appropriate date):
And then for each result, navigate to the commentary page for that match for additional information and specific talking points:
