Adding the ability to have mismatch between edgelist and nodelist #9

Talk with the group on 04/19/23. Ran into the Igraph problem where there is a tie to someone who isn't in the edgelist; we should implement:

Default: throw up the graph error and let users fix their data
Option 1: Create the missing observation in the nodelist.
Option 2: Create the missing observation in the nodelist, but also create an identifier in the edgelist that define the edge as "added"

Current solution is a warning message to users if there is significant mismatch between nodelist and edgelist allowing them to terminate the run or continue.
