Uses CPack to create a Windows .msi installer for tev which also updates the PATH environment variable. This installer will be bundled in future releases.
CPack is already used for creating .appimage executables for Linux systems and can now also create .dmg files for macOS (though tev will keep using its existing .dmg creation scripts for now).
Misc: the README has been compacted / updated along the way.
