Allow onchain transactions #5

Currently its easy to send money from an onchain wallet to the burner, move funds offchain and then transact. It's harder to go in the other direction as the wallet can't make onchain transactions.

The main focus is on offchain activity but a simple page should be added to allow onchain assets to be sent.
