Modularize magicBar #13

I'm thinking that the first version of the magicBar function should take these arguments:

defaultString (str): the initial string of the bar
defaultCursorX (int): the initial cursor position
enterCallback (callback): callback run when the user submits the bar
closeCallback (callback): callback run the the bar is closed
openCallback (callback): callback run the the bar is open

closeCallback and openCallback shouldn't need to be required
