KitchenOwl is a self-hosted grocery list and recipe manager. The backend is made with Flask and the frontend with Flutter. Easily add items to your shopping list before you go shopping. You can also create recipes and add items based on what you want to cook.
When planning meals I love it that I can attach recipes to my planner meals. But a lot of times I just want it the other way around. I don't need and don't have a recipe for alot of meals, but I still would like to have them on the meal plan. These are simple meals (e.g. German Brotzeit) or if we plan to eat somewhere else.
It would be great to just have a text input for the meal planner that would allow me to add a custom text to the planner meals.

I know that I could create a recipe for these meals, but as I said there usually is no recipe at all attached to this meals. I could live with adding recipe stubs for simple meals, but if we're invited to eat at a friend's house I don't like the idea of Eating at Frank's as a recipe...
