KitchenOwl is a self-hosted grocery list and recipe manager. The backend is made with Flask and the frontend with Flutter. Easily add items to your shopping list before you go shopping. You can also create recipes and add items based on what you want to cook.
I would like to request the addition of a feature that allows users to share recipes with guests. Often, family members or friends ask for a recipe, and it would be very convenient to have a "Share" button available when viewing a recipe.
Proposed Solution:
Share Button: Add a "Share" button on the recipe view page.
Sharing field: URL for the recipe (click on it will copy to clipboard).
Public Access Toggle: Include a toggle button to allow public access to the recipe, enabling anyone with the link to read it.
Schema Integration: Optionally, incorporate schema markup to enhance the sharing functionality.
This feature would greatly improve the usability and convenience of sharing recipes with others.
