I recall the author does not continue working on this. I was planning to continue this but turns out that https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/biz.aQute.bnd is doing a great job (and its the official one from bnd mantainers). So.. no need using this one anymore. Note that this plugin is on version 4.3.0 already (the doc behind this link is outdated somehow).
