Discover Bug Fix And Command Sending Control To Other Devices #2

Fixed the discover function to grab model and series so wall switches work (Have not tested lights yet)

Put a check to only send messages to supported devices (So far its just L Series fans, I have not verified/found the commands for the switches or the lights and I do not have any other fan except L Series to test with)
