v0.0.13 container is not working #11

The current container release (https://github.com/TomHarrop/honeybee-genotype-pipeline/releases/tag/v0.0.13) is not working.

 An output file is marked as pipe, but consuming jobs are part of conflicting groups.

Seems to be this issue: https://github.com/snakemake/snakemake/issues/975

TomHarrop commented 3 years ago

The workflow hasn't changed and it worked in release v0.0.12 (shub://TomHarrop/honeybee-genotype-pipeline:honeybee_genotype_pipeline_v0.0.12).

That container used Snakemake 5.24.2+2.g07f73006
