Roc BMI2 compile #2

Hi Tom,

Theo77186 from TCEC chat was so king to tell me how to get a bmi2 compile:

"to get Roc bmi2 build, just add "#define HNI" at the beginning of the cpp file"

Maybe you can check this out..

I think it will scale better than Roc 0.8.  Are you willing to include it in your next run? Thanks,Tom
