How to change IMEI #108

Hi, sorry for being off-topic, but I just have nowhere to turn to you, can I somehow change the imei on my zte blade v2020 smart (sc9863a) phone without the WriteIMEI tool? No version of the WriteIMEI tool changes the imei (errors, even though the phone detects)

zte enabled IMEI signature for their devices

WriteIMEI detects "SPRD DIAG" (aka Cali mode) ZTE and nearly all phone closed "SPRD DIAG" port during normal boot although i have method to enter Cali mode, i don't know how to bypass IMEI signature
