Maximum iteration limit #43

The code should allow users to specify a maximum number of iterations if they wish.

This feature has been added during PR #49. However, at present there is no way for the user to see which voxels failed to converge, and the voxels are still included in the end analysis. Ideally, these voxels should be dropped from the analysis and the user should be able to view a map demonstrating where said voxels were.
