Icon for OI File Manager: Text-Plain

The following icon is required:
Icon name:
ic_launcher_text_plain

Application:
OI File Manager

Type:
launcher icon

Description of icon:
Generic icon for files of mime type "text/plain", like .txt.
Please base the item on similar existing icons.

This icon could simply be the icon for the generic file (issue 410), and the 
generic file icon could be made even more generic by removing the horizontal 
lines on the paper.

The icon design (icon sizes, themes) should follow the Android icon design
guidelines:
