All OI apps: Modify the Manifest to support about.xml #473

Since r3991, OI About supports meta-data in an about.xml file. The modification 
for OI File Manager is exemplified in that revision.

This change should be applied to and tested for all OI applications and 
extensions. (The old meta-data should be removed and replaced by the single 
pointer to about.xml).

There should be one single patch based on the main trunk that can update all 
applications at once.
