Icon for OI Safe: Add category

The following icon is required:
Icon name:
ic_menu_add_category

Application:
OI Safe

Type:
action bar icon

Description of icon:
Icon to add a new category. Currently the generic "Add" icon is used, but this 
could be replaced by a specific "add category" icon.

It should be an icon for a category, and a "+" sign in the lower right corner, 
similar to here:

How to show an icon of a category? Good question. Maybe it could be three 
rectangles in front of each other, to represent file folders in a filing 
cabinet.

The icon design (icon sizes, themes) should follow the Android icon design
guidelines:
