Saves a .back file periodically that is basically an .ngmap file
When you properly close, change, or save the file the .back file is removed
When opening a .ngmap file, if there is a .back version of a file saved next to it then offer to load the backup
Need to play with this flow a bit and make sure we don't remove the file when we would want to keep it
