Would like to see a section added on new configuration management tools such as 
chef, puppet, or sccm.  Mainly describing how these systems can automate 
deployment of operating systems and system updates, as well as applications and 
application updates.

I'm interested in a section which describes how to structure a configuration 
management: 
  * What should be part of it (present files/packages or also purged files/packages; infrastructure)?
  * Naming space?
  * How to document it / what to document?
  * Rights and permissions management
