Describe the issue:
While colocation facilities are mentioned, it also might be worth discussing 
(forgive me) "cloud computing", as it pertains to replacement of on-site 
infrastructure (in particular, Infrastructure as a Service [IaaS] concepts).

It would likely be useful to define "cloud"-related terms elsewhere in the book 
(for purposes of technical understanding and buzzword wariness [a second bug?]) 
and reference them briefly in this section.
