Tile servers AND zooms #98

Who can assist me please with tile servers (links for tkintermapiew) which I can use to download tiles to use them offline. There're lots of them but they are either out of service or "work" (yes tkintermapview downloads smth, but then I see the WHITE SCREEN and it doesn't work, tkintermapview CAN'T use these tiles nevertheless they had been successfully downloaded!). Help with that. They were downloaded, but they don't work at all!

I am also having an issue downloading map tiles from other WMTS or WMS servers, my tiles are only displayed partially to contain only South America and zoom into the Atlantic Ocean at random parts. The tiles are all mixed up. The same issue occurs when I don't use my database and try to stream the servers.
