fix reboot on uninstall #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when want uninstall old version to install new version
that just need kill explorer.exe from task manager
or just logoof  user and relogin (because file is locked by explorer.exe)so any 
ore not need reboot
so if yo can make better unregister SageThumbs.dll that complete unlock from 
explorer.exe or make add logoff option

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Explorer caches shell extensions and wont unload SageThumbs even after 
unregistering. BTW Explorer not only application that locks SageThumbs but for 
example a Windows Search (service and filters). So rebooting is the best way to 
do upgrading.

when uninstall it dont caches shell extensions by Explorer so can easily 
delete dll file.
