What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Sagethumbs
2. Create or copy a Photoshop CS6 PSD file saved with a non-sRGB profile (such
as ProPhoto) to a folder on your computer.
3. Browse the folder with containing the PSD file Windows explorer, and let
Sagethumbs create the thumbnail.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: color-correct thumbnail representation. Actual output:
thumbnail does not represent color using correct ICC profile, appears to
disregard/ignore ICC profile embedded in PSD file.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SageThumbs 2.0.0.15, Photoshop CS6 64-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
Please provide any additional information below.
PSD file saved using "Maximize compatibility" settings. PSD files saved without
this setting simply do not render a usable thumbnail at all!
