NO chance here:  Win7 64 + Adobe Msster CS6 + ver 2.0.0.15
Checkbox options for PDF, AI, PSD is flagged
>>PSD is OK
>>AI NO
>>PDF NO
Test in 2 PC's same config. one with gs854w64 (no thumbs but ok with drag&drop)

I have the same issue. My PSD thumbs are ok. But the illustrator thumbs never 
appeared. They look always white.
