SageThumbs was unable to modify some registry keys/values. If you sure that it
was run under administrator account then it is a very bad situation. Your
registry was somehow damaged or security was unnaturally changed on registry
keys.

You can monitor SageThumbs apply process by Process Monitor utility
(http://technet.microsoft.com/ru-ru/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx) - press
"registry only" button in it, include "explorer.exe" process, and exclude
"success" items.

Just wanted to say thanks for an awesome product. And thanks for the answer
to my issue. I did a reset on the registry permissions using Tweaking.com
all in one
http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html and now
SageThumbs works perfectly.
