Explorer context menu is mis-alignd in Win7 classic design

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check "Enable context menu in explorer"
2. Un-check "Show preview in submenu"
3. Right click on any picture (any extension

Actual result is that the thumbnail is shown properly, but the other context 
menu entries are shifted to the right (see attached screenshot).
Expected output is that the thumbnail is shown aligned with the other context 
entries.

Version info: SageThumbs Shell Extension 2.0.0.15.
OS = Windows 7 Prof. with CLASSIC design (=XP look).

Note: When switching to Win7 view with Aero design, sagethumbs works correctly, 
as expected.
