Show thumbnails in tooltip/infotip

This is a feature request, not a bug or issue. Instead of the context menu, can 
you show the image thumbnail preview in the infotip/tooltip? There are 2 shell 
extensions that currently do this: 
http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/6377/Image-Tip-A-popup-thumbnail-shell-exten
sion (but it has no x64 version and the thumbnail doesn't disappear when the 
mouse is moved away). Another one is 
http://www.contextmagic.com/instant-viewer/ but it's paid. Thumbnail in tooltip 
will be highly useful.

Microsoft removed rich tooltips API after Windows XP. I hope it's still 
possible to make some workarounds but it's not easy now as was before...

But these other extensions I mentioned work on Windows Vista/7/8 as well. Only 
issue is the free one is buggy and the other one is paid. :( So it must be 
possible.
