Some ai thumbs shown as blank(white)thumbnail( see attached pic)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use  sagethumbs_2.0.0.15 and windows 7 64bit. Program Ai Cs6

Please provide any additional information below.

The issue was fixed, I think after increasing the "maximum image size" in the 
options
