White thumbnails on some BMP files #65

I've came across many BMP files that do not display a correct thumbnail in 
Windows 8.0 Pro 64bit. Whilst others work, these do not.

I'm using SageThumbs 2.0.0.15

I supply a copy of one of these BMP (example.bmp) files and a screen shot on 
how it looks on my desktop and one in which I right clicked on the image and 
used Sagethumbs to view it.

Oh sorry to bother you. I've just noticed V2.0.0.17 and once I tried that this 
issue has gone. :)
