@mleot I have been making updates and all notebooks in the docs examples now run although I think something needs investigating with the thermal behaviour as there is no longer a temperature distribution. I think this branch should be the starting point for any future updates.

When you say there is no longer a temperature distribution, are you saying that all nodes change temperature at the same rate across the cycle?
