I'm experiencing a couple of issues with Jellybamm related to setting the initial State of Charge (SoC) and conducting charging experiments. (For reference, I am using the 03 Running a simulation example in the documentation.)
Attempt to set the initial SoC using the provided method in the documentation.
Directly applying initial_soc=0.5 when I call jellybamm.run_simulation_lp. (See Error 1 below)
Changing the initial concentration of the electrodes using the "Initial concentration in negative electrode [mol.m-3]" and "Initial concentration in positive electrode [mol.m-3]" parameter values.
Run a charging experiment.
Unable to start the experiment with a charge due to the initial SoC issue.
Conduct a discharge followed by a charge experiment. The simulation throws an error after the discharge cycle. (See Error 2 below)
If you have an idea of what might be the issue or something that I am missing. Please do let me know.
Thank you in advance.
