wrong digits when switching to bank 2 #13

when switching to bank 2 digits in header of config stay "bank 1", controller setups are switching properly

Seconded. My iteration of this bug doesn't go to bank 2 at all. Just goes straight to 3. When switching back to "bank 2," it just skips and goes to bank 1.

Edit: It just says Bank 1, but the numbers reflect what are supposed to be bank 2. That's significantly better than I thought!
