JUST BUZZ at AUDIO OUT

Hello Community.. I've been looking for a RADIO MUSIC for a while and now finally I have mine . I've followed instruction ( I believe ) : _ Loaded Firmware Radio_Music2017.2.hex using tensy loader as per manual Loaded SD Blank files on a SANDISK ULTRA 16Gb as start up to test module

The module seem to respond to CV signals over the 3 inputs (it blink accordingly) but at AUDIO Out I get just a low BUZZ .. That it stops after a while ..probably buzz stop when Sample end since on the setting text file LOOPING is set to ZERO. to clarify , my aim is not disturbing noise over audio.. but the fact that I dont ear samples ! just this low volume buzz Also having upper LEDs setted as sort of VU Meters I see them blinking according Sample Lenght & Amplitude..so it seem that module READ samples correctly

I dont understand what's wrong . The fact that respond to CV and BUZZ go silent make me think that probably I have a problem with samples or settings.. I also tryied to load other mono samples .WAV 44Kh-16bit cutted with soundforge but I always get only BUZZ at Audio out. I really cannot make it alone . Could You please help me ? Ciao Paolo

Added some more details that may be useful to receive answer I need :

_Are you powering via USB or the eurorack bus? --> EURORACK BUS

_Did you cut the Teensy power --> YES . Infact I CHANGE FIRMAWAREs with power from Eurorack w/o problems (it seem to me)

_If you don't insert the SD card and boot up are any LEDs flashing? --> YES upper red LED blink in sequence from 1 to 4 then again

_Did you follow the guidelines for structuring the folders on the SD card? --> I believe yes just copied the SD Blank from Empty SD Card File Format on the manual.. then also inserted other files but still have same issue

Solved. It was my mistake in build
