when pitchMode=1 in settings.txt, changing stations resets wav playback start to 0

tested by changing stations via knob

settings.txt dump: crossfade=1 crossfadeTime=250 showMeter=1 chanPotImmediate=1 chanCVImmediate=1 startPotImmediate=0 startCVImmediate=0 looping=1 anyAudioFiles=0 pitchMode=1 hardSwap=1 quantizeRootPot=0 quantizeRootCV=0 startCVDivider=1

Hi, I can confirm this with latest RM 2017.2 firmware. This is unfortunate - wish we could have both pitch mode and radio behaviour at the same time. As it stands it's one or the other.
