Problem with pulses on the right side of the unit #5

Hi,

I'm very new to soldering electronics and I just finished building my DIY pulses module. It all works aside from I'm getting no signal or lights on the 1+2, 4+7 and 1+2 4+7 outputs.

I did make a mistake along the way with this build and one of the resistor pads came off the board. I made a fix by connecting the resistor to the correct terminal with a small wire. I tested with a multi-meter and all seems fine.

Not really sure what to try next so if anyone can offer any help that would be great.

All sorted now. I double checked the connections on the chip and it worked.
