Forced UTF-8 support for console would be essential, considering that a lot of IoA communication features with player is based on special characters which are a bit limited in current implementation. They work in IDE console, but not after converting it to .exe

Aside from custom characters, the issue also affects text colours, so that raises the priority of this issue even higher.
