Additional app focused on creating new worldpacks via generating .jsons accorded to information set on graphical user interface. Sort-of Construction Set program, but for IoA, for both developers and modders.

Possibly BCS will have also implementation for further Baedoor games, such as Baedoor Travels and Baedoor.

Most probably all those topics related to BCS will be moved into another GH repo, but for now I'm moving them at least a milestone later.
