I noticed the scroll bar is not able to be clicked and dragged.

Also, I noticed the scrolling motion is jerky - it suddenly moves one button down. (there' no way to pause half-way so half an icon is visible)

Would either of these changes be feasable?

Both of these would certainly be possible to implement, and not too difficult.
