MSVCP140 dll is missing on windows 8.1 #407

But when I do on Windows 8.1, it shows me message that DLL MSVCP140 is missing. It is a Visual C++ runtime. I installed it, restarted and the game told that the library is still missing. Has anyone ever encountered the bug? I haven´t found it on the forums. (Maybe I overlooked it?) @BobTheTimelord i took a look at this and it seems that CrashRpt1500.dll is using this dll (carpg is using static linking with runtime library but i must forget about this lib). Maybe this can be fixed

Fixed in 0.14.
