Description: This pull request includes several new features and improvements:

Implementation of Overseer Area functionality.
Addition of downloadable Excel files for annual catch statistics and member catch statistics.
Inclusion of 3 new downloadable guides in PDF format.
Capability to input SaNa numbers.
Enhancement of UI with the addition of various icons to buttons.
Resolution of various bugs for improved stability and performance.
