Add starting of simulations from the front end

Either the create new starts simulation/multiple simulations or there is a button 'start' or option 'auto' start in the UI to start celery tasks.

Polling/pushing required to report finished. Add progress reporting from the celery...

First cut:

• one simulation is started after submitting the form
• the view changes to some sim-detail view where it shows progress of the celery task
• find how to best get that progress data (poll? push from backend? )
