Describe the bug

Giveaways in database after restart is not loading

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior e.g:

  1. giveaway start
  2. reload bot
  3. started giveaway is not handled anymore

Expected behavior

Giveaway must work after restart

Additional context, text and screenshots!

After restart giveways are loading, but not handled, and not works anymore When you try to end it manually, it says what it not giveaway image image
