Show the output of: node -v 16.13.0

What's the version you downloaded the bot?

From the releases e.g.: 10.2.0 latest version mongodb

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: [e.g. iOS] windows
  • Version [e.g. 22] 10

Describe the bug

when you close the ticket it does not close and it does not appear who closes the ticket, and when you delete it it is not deleted.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior e.g:

  1. it does not show who closes the ticket when you click close.
  2. the ticket is not deleted when you click delete.

Expected behavior

it behaves normally, without errors in the console or something like that but the interactions do not work.
