What's the version you downloaded the bot?

Latest. 10.3.0

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Standard Evaluation
  • Version: 10.0.17763 Build 17763

Describe the bug

When restarting the bot, an error occurs

To Reproduce

  1. Execute the Command 'PREFIXreloadbot'
  2. See error

Expected behavior

Reload the bot
