Choosing 'maxresdefault' as the Youtube thumbnail due to the removal of the displayThumbnail function. Just a option as displayThumbnail is deleted.

Sorry but i wont support this, as this client is not maintained anymore by me, check out the readme

Also maxresdefault is not clever, mqdefault always works, maxresdefault not
