Set identity

The website should have an identity associated with it. This means being able to create a h-card/vCard visible (or not), on the homepage, so that features such as IndieAuth will work.

Features:

• [x] Recommend that users fill out specific social media accounts that are guaranteed to work with IndieAuth
• [x] Start with a set number of potential accounts (email, twitter, github, facebook, etc) Email is required, everything else currently optional
• [x] Allow users to add custom links/accounts
• [x] Upload image from a form and correctly resize/store image

Owner's identity is now stored in the config file instead of within the database. Still needs to upload an image during the install process, however.

The user's details are now stored in a separate file altogether. The installer creates this file before the site is functional. Still no images though :man_shrugging:
