Hi,

Do you have any plan to update the pipeline so that can be used for the new Nanopore RNA flow cells, as guppy Basecaller doesn't have any cfg file that can support the new flow cells. Instead Nanopore recommends to use Dorado. I saw that f5c now supports RNA004 eventalign.

That is a good advise! I will check the latest version of Dorado to see whether it can use in FdR. Thanks!
