Player Following #154

Current Behavior

Currently if you follow another player, it sends a message to chatbox saying "Nothing interesting happens".

Expected Behavior

When clicking follow, it should start following the player.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Make another account
  2. Follow the other account
