What has been done?

Added the trading player option

Proposed Changes

Adds Integer extension functions for calculating an 'interface hash', and for formatting an integer into a quantity string, in the same way as item quantities are displayed on the RuneScape client.
Adds a 'shift' function in the ItemContainer class that shifts each item to the left, to remove empty slots between items in a container
Adds the concept of trade sessions and requests

I would appreciate any tips for improving the code!
